Interview
There is first a Video call interview that you have to log into,
followed by in person interview with a supervisor. They ask you questions about different scenarios. If they decide to hire you they call you after and then you do everything else by email
1 interview in-person. Be prepared to talk about handling difficult customer situations and finding the best solutions. Be professional but courteous at the same time or in other words, speak as if you were taking a customer call already.
Quick easy straight to the point. I interviewed with two managers. Everything took about 20 minutes. They focused on SMART interview styles. They had a script and kept it short and sweet

Describe a time where i overcame a difficult situation.
It was very pleasant. My interviewer was very nice. They gave me a tour of the building, They offer a lot of amenities, The call-center itself looked very peaceful. The office itself looks very clean. The interviewer asked me about 8 to 10 questions, Basically scenario type questions.
