The interview process started off okay. Standard competency based interview (although this had been pitched as a chat so more clarity here would be better from candidate perspective).
During the interview, I was pressured to give salary expectations to the interviewer (is this not usually a conversation with HR?) on the call and they would not give any scope of budget etc. This made me uncomfortable.
Alas - despite the 'okay' interview experience, things took turn then. To make a long story short, I received a voicemail offering me the job (in error) about an hour after my interview. They also sent me a link to a conditional offer of employment, which was clearly for someone else. This was then then followed up with an 'oh sorry that email was sent in error'.
If this wasn't bad enough, they indicated they would have feedback the following week re: my interview outcome. I heard nothing. I followed up, the contact said they were on leave and would talk to the manger and get back to me, I have still heard nothing.
Overall opinion is that their hiring process is disorganised and highly unprofessional.
