I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Speedway (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
Did a phone interview and then a face to face interview. Interviewee was very nice and discussed how she started as a part time employee and rose through the ranks.
Pretty fast process with a few interviews. Everyone was really helpful from the phone interview to a few in person interviews. Then you go to the location you will train. They also provide a lot of training and certification classes.
It was a very relaxed and casual atmosphere. The interviewer was timely in starting the process and spoke freely giving the same consideration to the candidate. The questions were quite textbook and without originality.

Question 1
How did you handle a difficult situation with consideration to company guidelines in your past position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Speedway (Syracuse, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
Initial contact was to setup a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 45 minutes, I impressed the Recruiting Manager, she recommended me to the Regional Managee. Second phase, a few weeks after the initial phone interview, sat down with the Regional Manager, interview lasted 2.5 hours, Regional Manager referred me to the Divison Director. Last phase was with the Divison Director, basic conversation, more relaxed than the Regional Manager. Job offer on spot.
