Spenta Multimedia interview questions

Fairly straightforward. Interview with HR. Do an hour-long test. Another interview with HR. In retrospect, it seemed too easy. Now I know that because of their low retention rate, they are always on the lookout for people.

Three rounds--one with the HR, an editorial test and the last with Mr Maneck Davar. The editorial test is fairly straightforward and challenging. The interview process was breezy, but I've heard that the new HR has changed things a bit.
