Interview
Responded to CL add regarding a Crew Leader Position with advertised $12-$16/hr. I received an email asking me to come in for an interview. Met with owner and had a tour of the facility. The owner passed interview on to a manager and employee who provided good information about the position. Their review carries significant weight regarding the position you will be hired for, be it Crew Leader or Laborer. If you are competent and are versed in really basic carpentry and tools and can express and interest you will do well. After my interview, I received a call a few days later with an offer.
