Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All the interviews were very thorough from a scientific and technical perspective. I particularly enjoyed discussing computational medicine and advanced statistical learning, such as normalizing flows, Bayesian methods, and uncertainty quantification, with the researchers, the head of AI, and the CSO.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spiden AG in Dec 2023
Interview
The first interview was to get to know me with general questions how to tackle a problem.
The second was more technical where they tried to challenge me. There was also a coding challenge. The goal was to look at the code written by someone and try to be critical with respect to it.
The last was a meeting one site to get to know the team and to make share that there is a match in terms of personalities.
