The process is top-notch! After initial screening based on the application form, we have an open book coding test. Then we have a series of calls with the development team and the co-founders to see if our skills and culture are a good fit. And the final round is where they assess your real world development skills with production tasks. You get to choose the interview slots based on your availability. The entire process is really professional. Even though I was not selected, it has been really useful in my professional growth because they provided very detailed feedback on why I wasn't selected :)

Best interview I've had regardless of the fact that I didn't get the position. The team there are fantastic and they were super helpful throughout the entire process. Every member of staff I had a meeting with was extremely friendly and generally great people. I'm grateful for all their support and their professionalism during all three stages of the hiring process. Would have been amazing to work among such great company.
