The hiring process was pretty standard I did a phone interview and then a in person interview. The phone interview was with an HR rep, and then the in person interview was with a Supervisor who met me in my city. The questions were very basic and not very difficult. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and then I was contacted by the office about a week later and was offered the job. They said they liked my experience and my attitude.

Human Resources does a thorough phone interview and then passes you on to the local manager for an in person interview. They then ask you to submit infor for background check, references, and car insurance.
