Series of 3 different interviews. First was with HR, then the manager, and finally, other people on the team for fit. They were all senior management. Then, they did a background check before the offer.

Interview
Typical interview questions. Initial phone interview with HR & then a second interview with the VP over the retail division. A lot of personality questions and then leadership type interviewing.
