I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spiraledge (Cincinnati, OH) in Sept 2024
Interview
They set up an interview via a recruiter. When I got to the interview, they sent me the wrong teams link and had two ongoing meetings for my interview. When they finally sent the correct interview the vibe was off immediately. They then proceeded to ask me questions regarding what I would do to help improve their IT department at a warehouse they had in Cincinnati. Then when I gave my answers, they were visibly writing them down. It was obvious they were attempting to steal my ideas. As a senior level systems engineer I thought this was hilarious. I'm going to be sending them a invoice for a tech consultation instead of the interview I was booked for. They mentioned their entire staff uses IPOD's and that I'd be helping fix IPOD's. What a joke. They sent me a rejection letter two weeks later like I would even consider working there - which was the icing on the cake.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Spiraledge (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2021
Interview
It took them about 3 days to reach out to me to set an phone interview. Interview was pretty good. First there was a phone interview, then the next day was an video interview. About an hour later, I got an offer about the position. On the video interview, it was more questions about yourself and a technical part,. where you had to do a typing test, navigate through their website and also situation-based questions. But it was pretty easy, especially if you have customer service experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spiraledge (Akron, OH) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview took about a week to finish. First you apply online, then you have a phone interview with the hiring manager. It was very disorganized and there was a lack of communication happening between me and the company. I would have several people call me a week and not know I had spoken to other managers.
