The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spire Collective (New York, NY)
Interview
The application and interview process was great, they were super responsive and asked great questions. There were 3 rounds of interviews & the final round included a prompt to see how I solved problems. Everyone was great and friendly throughout the interviews and gave advice on where to live/what the commute was, etc. Everything was very transparent through the whole process and I felt like I had a great idea of my day to day. I only declined the offer because I found something else I loved more, but it was a hard decision to turn it down.

Question 1
Name a time you had to make a difficult decision and your thought process on that
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spire Collective (Troy, VA) in Dec 2020
Interview
All the process was remote. The first step was an interview with an HR recruiter. Then there is an interview with the tech team, with questions about general knowledge in some areas like: software patterns, Google Cloud Platform, and they will ask about your background. The next step is a software challenge that can be live or offline. The final step is an interview about the offer.

Interview
My interview with StoreYourBoard consisted of an initial phone screen, an hour-long 2nd interview, and a longer final on-site interview. I liked that the tone of the interviews were conversational - it was clear that they were really listening. They were quick to follow up with me and answer my questions.
