I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Spire in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process was entirely too long. I applied in early October. I received an interview invite with the TA at the end of October. It was an easy interview and the TA scheduled an in-person interview with the hiring team for two weeks later. I did not understand why the interview was scheduled that far out, but I continued the interview process. The in-person interview was extremely difficult and strict. With the amount of questions that were asked for this role; I thought I was applying for a Director position. I felt very intimidated the entire interview. After I left, I felt uneasy about receiving an offer. I was told I would receive an email of the status after the holiday. It has been three weeks since the interview and I sent a follow-up email but did not receive a response. I checked the job portal and the status stated "No longer being considered".
