Met with the department manager one on one. Interviewer described the applied position, discuss the type of skills the company where looking for. Asked basic HR question, for instance, what are some things you like and dislike about your current job. Since the company is a ultra low cost carrier, do not expect a high salary, interviewer did discuss the health and flight benefits to compensate.

Interview was smooth and straight forward. Very good culture. We did it over zoom and only took 2 minutes. Overall communication was quick. It was very easy to set up an interview.

At first, there was a phone call interview where they ask basic questions and qualifications. After that, there was an interview with the department manager. The manager said that if my application process continues there will be an another interview with the Director.
