Spitfire Network Services interview questions

Receives an email telling you they would when/where they would like to schedule 2 interviews. Once you do that you do various online tests. After that you have 2 more interviews and then they offer you the role.

First round screening microsoft teams with HR. Questions on motives for applying, time you went above and beyond for customer/colleague etc. Then interview with 2 managers about previous experience and go through the behavioural test completed during first screening call. Final interview is with MD or Sales Director for personality questions, how you fit with the company.
