The absolute worst interview experience I have ever had, hands down. Recruiter and receptionist were friendly when I got there, but the team was an embarrassment. Hiring manager started a phone call during our interview, walked out the door without a handshake or goodbye. The other interviewers were completely unprepared, just reading my resume and asking the most basic questions, showing lack of respect, as well as sophistication as a growth marketing organization. How did this company go public? There was also no courtesy followup after the interview by the recruiter or anyone, even though I sent thank you messages to each person that evening.
