I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Splunk in Aug 2020
Interview
There was a tech screen followed by an onsite with 4 rounds. The process was pretty organized until the tech screen.
There was some back and forth from their end to schedule the onsite which was totally understandable. The recruiter was so responsive but it turned out to be not useful for me as she would not call me when she said she would.
I did pretty good on the onsite interview and I deserve to be at the least notified of the reject. Waited for two weeks since the virtual onsite was over and it looked like the team was still not telling the results to me. The recruiter kept telling me she'd say the results the next day but she'd not. I didn't expect such an irresponsive and disorganized process from such a big company. I had other offer to move on with and till now didn't get the results despite following up with them 3 times. I would not recommend to have any hope while interviewing for such companies.
Horrible. Rude. They were awful. Stay away. I never would recommend to even my worst enemy on this planet. What a terrible interviewer. Beware. They already picked someone. I am glad I dodged a bullet here.

Interview
The whole process took over three months and they even didn't provide the message after all stages that I am rejected. The time between rounds took form 3 to 4 weeks.
