Recruiter phone screen consisted of typical questions, but the recruiter got a call from his boss in the middle of the call and took the call. He apologized but this was not a good candidate experience. Interview with HM seemed to go really well. We laughed and he said he liked my answers, so I was extremely shocked when I received an automated email about an hour after the interview letting me know they'd be moving forward with another candidate. Overall, candidate experience does not seem to be top of mind.
