Interview
Spoke over the phone with the chief of staff, then was sent an easy assessment to complete. I completed it the next day (on a weekend), was rejected almost immediately at the beginning of the next week.
The assessment was easy, and it produced the exact results expected. So I'm a bit befuddled as to why I was rejected so quickly (without explanation).
I'm not sure why they contacted me honestly. Hopefully it wasn't an interview/diversity quota.

Was asked to complete an assessment; a function accepting some data about foods which would return the weights of different categories of spoiled foods.

First round was a behavioral, they asked the basic how do you know of this company, what do you think about staying green and question around that, and what have I done.
