I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sport Chek
Interview
Simple process of reviewing your skills and then providing you with basic training to be able to work. The process was quite simple and efficient. We were taught all the basic things we needed to know before our first day and a lot of help was provided when the job had begun.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sport Chek (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I interviewed at the Stockyards location in Toronto. Lady made me wait 1 hour. She was looking me up and down the whole interview which only lasted 7 minutes at most. I feel like she was judging me off my look more than my actual experience. She had dirty blonde hair, white, about 5”4 just for reference. She was just really rude and didn't give me a chance to answer her questions. I’m not sure if she’s still working there but I hope she changes her attitude because it is disgusting. Judged based off things like experience, good attitude, and availability. I wasn’t even wearing anything wild, I was dressed business casual, neat bun-normal for an interview. I don’t know if she expected me to come in with sweats like her? She didn’t believe me when I said I played tennis either. I don’t know! She was just weird!!!! Lol She asked me like 2 questions and said I don’t think you’re a good fit. I was like whatevs ur weird anyways right. Then she calls me 2 days later and says “hi i just wanted to let you know that you did NOT get the job”. YOU ALREADY TOLD ME hahahah she was so weirddddd. Funniest interview ever.
