The interview was quite straightforward and easy-going. Interviewed the CEO, started by asking some questions about my CV and background, and had chats on various topics. The interview was very informal, which is understandable for a startup. The CEO was sincere and gave a lot of his thoughts and opinions.

single worst interview experience I've ever had. The bizzare arrangements for this interview should have been the first red flag for me, with William having to rescheduling multiple times and at one point messaging me at 2am to do so?—already strongly shows that theres little boundary between professional/personal life, especially when I'm not even a paid employee First bragged about how he doesn't have to pay rent in this co-working space because he was "handsome" (lmao) Didn't give me any information about the company/position in the first 15 mins. When asked, he told me to read through 3 pitch decks for 45+ mins and he left the room in the mean time and would come back to 'quiz' me. Shows no respect to a candidates time or effort in going to a face to face interview especially when a simple phone call would've told me that William is not the type of person I would like to work with. All the 5 star reviews here are questionable to say the least :)

The interview was very open minded and friendly... also offered me something to eat and drink. Asked about my background and there were some case studies to go through. He was very easy to talk to and provided comprehensive answers to my questions.
