I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sports Direct (Milton Keynes, England) in Jul 2016
Interview
applied in person, 4 weeks later i got a text saying i had to state what time i was available for an interview , i arrived to the interview early and waited as i expected, interview took place at time that was intended, interview took about 15-20 mins very informal one to one interview, asked my availability and the role i wanted was explained to me briefly , I was told i would get an email within 48hrs telling me i got the job if i was supposed to get it, however 48hrs went by and i heard nothing .
I interviewed at Sports Direct (Guildford, England)
Interview
It was easy. Was asked some question about myself then about some past work history and if I would be willing to work in a fast paced environment. I was given a question to sell subscriptions and add-ons in live scenario
Casual chat, simple, nothing difficult, straightforward questions, mainly wanting someone with good availability, good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, outgoing and a people's person.
Very relaxed, chilled and jokey overall experience.
