. The interview process consisted of five separate interviews with five separate individuals over a span of four weeks, with the promise of an offer by interview number three. I was pushed forward to interview with the CEO of Spot Insurance as the final interview and to begin the offer process. Upon speaking with the CEO, I was told that the position had been field a week or so prior and that they wanted to continue filling their candidate list for future reference. This was not was I was informed during the previous two interviews and they essentially promised to reach back out in two or three months, but that never happened. It was a blatant waste of applicants’ time with zero remorse or accountability on their side. Either someone dropped the ball communication wise on their team or they really were just collecting applicants with no intent to hire.
