DISRESPECTABLE Experience I ever had in my life. I received message from talent acquisition specialist on linked in ,then I did the first interview, It was screening interview as normal about my experience, career and salary. On 30 March I did the second technical interview round with two engineers , it was the worst interview experience I ever had in my life , you can imagine interviewer LAUGH on your mistakes ! yes this is what happened with me during the interview when I did a mistake while answering one of their questions, I felt like I'm in a school taking to kids, disrespectable interviewer and disrespectable company , I sent my feedback after the interview to them and he replied back to me with "Interviewer apologize , and he said >>His intention was to make you feel at ease and try to be humorous<<" Am I mad person ? can't differentiate between someone want to make me feel at ease and disrespectful person laughing on my mistakes ? Actually the justification is worse than the behavior , they deal with the candidate by insignificance , send him any response we don't care! My Advice to the candidates , train your self before the interview to accept that feeling to be able to complete the interview. My Advice to the company , try to bring adults to make the interviews and be more professional.
