RUN! After speaking with HR for 10 minutes and Sprague wanting to set up a second interview, they went behind my back (didn’t yet even request references or ask my okay) and found the number to my current position, called and asked about me, and potentially cost me my job. When trying to get further details from them because my employer lied and said I no longer worked there, they refused to talk to me and canceled second interview. Not a company I would want to work for or do business with. Unprofessional and unethical to say the absolute least!
