1st Round: HR interview conducted via phone. This was standard and the process was smooth.
2nd Round: Manager interview conducted online. The conversation was straightforward, and the interviewer seemed professional and engaged.
3rd Round: In-person interview with the Product Owner. Unfortunately, this round was postponed more than a week, and I was informed of the change the morning of the originally scheduled interview day. The reason given was that the Product Owner had been called into another meeting at short notice.
When the interview finally took place, it lasted only 20 minutes. I answered all the questions and provided examples from my previous experiences. However, the Product Owner appeared disengaged and seemed to struggle with the topics being discussed. For example, during my introduction, I mentioned my testing experience, but several minutes later, she asked if I had any testing experience, which seemed inconsistent.
Additionally, the Product Owner was unable to answer the questions I had prepared for her about their application.
After the interview, I was ghosted. I reached out for an update, but received no response. This lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional.
