I had applied for multiple positionsand even got as far as an interview when I applied to the first position. Unfortunately, my initial interview was cancelled at the last minute by the recruiter and later rescheduled. The interview itself went well, and afterward, I was asked to complete a personality AI assessment. Despite having several years of direct experience at one of their main competitors and exceeding the job requirements, I did not advance past that step.
I shared some constructive feedback with the recruiter about the process, but since then I have noticed that all of my applications, around 10 roles, are now being auto-rejected. This has left me feeling like I may have been blacklisted.
While I respect that every company has their own hiring process, my experience left me disappointed, as I believe strong qualifications and industry experience should carry more weight than an automated assessment.
