This was one of the worst interview experiences that I've had during my time interviewing over the last several months. I was initially referred and the first calls seemed to go smoothly enough but there was a consistent theme of rescheduling multiple times -- sometimes 2-4x, and people not joining calls even once reschedules were confirmed. It honestly felt a bit unthoughtful as a candidate, as I was also working to move around my own work meetings to accommodate calls and had to keep shifting my day to day work around to fit their schedule (and had flagged this as I was interviewing while still working full time).
The feedback I received after doing a presentation didn't align with my understanding of the ask at all and the recruiting told me that the job details have continued shifting -- and again, a key stakeholder didn't join at the time of the call so I had to do an additional separate call with them.
For a mental health company, this felt like a very unnecessarily stressful process for something that didn't need to be that difficult. The team also seemed fairly stressed out so I hope they can figure out a smoother process moving forward for both their internal teams and candidates.

What was your experience carrying a quota and what did your book of business look like?
Recruiter canceled initial phone screening 10 minutes before our appointment. We rescheduled for the following week and when we finally connected he was confused about the situation, thought we'd already spoken, and didn't remember that we'd rescheduled. In the interim, the position I was applying for had been filled. We went through some standard phone screening questions anyway, but it felt like he was rushing through. Entire call lasted under 15 minutes.
