I initially send my resume and letter of interest later in the evening and was contacted the next morning to schedule the initial interview. Which turned out to be a panel interview. From there about a week and a half to two weeks had passed and I was contacted for the second interview which was a one on one interview.
The initial panel interview was with five people. It was structured in the sense that they asked a lot of the basic interview questions but there was a lot of room for back and forth and conversation with the people on the panel. The one on one was more of an informal conversation, I’m sure for them to get an idea of if I would be a good fit but it was a good way to figure out more about the environment and culture of the team.
