Very shallow. all they were interested in was seeing. no focus on skill mapping or employee development.
Also, the interviewer was very late to the interview. I was kept waiting for almost an hour. after the interview they took the decision on the basis of my salary requirement. it seems they are only interested in cheapest resources, and looks like the hire and fire culture is propering

Did interview for one role but it had got filled by the end of my interview rounds, so they offered another position but it wasnt according to my intrests so i declined.

They asked about my role and experience with my previous company.
The interviewer was asking questions negatively from all aspects and i didnt felt comfortable at all.Never consider this company at all poor working environment..never never join i think they treat employee like bonded worker.
