The interview process was of 3 rounds where the first round was programming written round containing 20 question of multiple choices its level was quite tough for fresher level and then the Second round was technical interview where they ask you to write codes if you are planning to go for an interview at srinsoft prepare yourself for codding as they mainly focus on that not technical knowledge.

I applied through online .The process took two days. First will be a HR round where they check your communication and make sure with their terms and conditions. Second round is technical MCQ Third round is a technical HR (first) where they ask you basics of Java ,JSP and J2EE. If you clear the first tech round, you will be asked to attend the second tech round Final round ( second tech round) they ask you advance of Java and basics of frameworks .
