Three step interview; phone, essay, face to face competency and patient interview. It was fairly easy if you read or already have experience before interview. The interviewers are very friendly so you feel at ease

One interview stage only- Not very difficult. Mostly care related questions. Management will ask questions using scenarios based. These are not that difficult and you can easily answer them as long as you have experience in care. Always research on the company before attending a interview
