They asked standard interview questions, all virtual at the time this was in 2021, it was a couple of experienced nurses asking questions, mainly scenario based questions, example: how do you handle a difficult patient? etc
Interview process was fair, 2-3 rounds of interviews. About a month long process. The first interview is with a recruiter, second with manager and third with team member or team.
