A bit silly questions but it was alright. Just pretty much asked for your business plan and how you see yourself doing as an adviser. Was a pretty simple procedure and they help you find a practise too

Casual introductory chat. Asked about my background, career ambitions, what I knew about the role. This was followed by a company overview and what their strategy was moving forward for that particular branch.
