Interview
It was smooth. I was interviewed by a 5-person panel. Each take turns to ask questions. The interview lasted for about an hour. Questions asked were more technical questions and less behavioural.

Give an example of your experience in coaching a leader with a challenging or underperforming employee. What support or guidance did you provide? Were any formal measures implemented? What was the end result?
