I got a slot for an interview during the Take The Spot Career Fair. From what I remember, my interviewer was the Chief PT in the department. She was very nice and accommodating and she mostly asked questions about my internship experience. There were also situational questions related to our line of work.

Interview
Initial Interview: With HR representative. You come in and bring most of your necessary documentation (license, diploma,etc). You fill up extensive medical forms and job application. HR representative reviews the job application form I just filled up and asks to confirm some entries. They ask me what my intership experience was like, how soon I can start, and what my expected salary range.
I was oriented on what the next step would be which is a video interview with the PT department head.

Interview
The initial interviewer asked very thorough questions throughout the whole interview process to make sure if you are a good fit with the company or not - Lasted around 20-30 minutes. The second interview was about your skills and experiences as a student and/or a professional.
