There were a total of three rounds of screening--1). written test; 2). phone screening interview; 3). video interview, then reference check. The process was quite lengthy (2+ months), but the interactions were very positive throughout.

Initial Phone Interview (5 minutes) Scheduled panel interview a week after the initial interview (45 minutes) Scheduled another panel interview about 10 days after the initial panel interview (45 minutes) Panel told me I was one of two candidates who would be considered for the role. I contacted them a few weeks later for an update. I was eventually ghosted. I wish the team had the professionalism and communication skills to let me know that I have not gotten the position as it was just between me and another candidate.
