St Stephen's Episcopal School interview questions

Things were going very well until the day long visit when I was asked by 3 different individuals if given my military service I might have difficulty working with women. I was also asked if I thought I'd have the ability to be creative or flexible. The kicker came when I was actually asked who would make our kids dinner at night if my wife and I were both working.
