The people who conducted the two-tier interview were very professional and personable. I could not have asked for anymore and they made me feel a part of the team from the start. They not only asked me questions, but showed me around the facility and introduced me to other staff.

The interview is fairly simple with standard questions. I interviewed with a four person panel and it only took about 30 minutes. If you do well in the sit down interview they have you come back and do a second interview where you actually get to interact with the kids you could potentially be working with while being observed by a supervisor. This was also fairly simple.
