St Vincent's Health Australia interview questions

Set questions and quite lengthy. Questions varied from prior experience, to how you feel you relate to the organisation's values, to scenario questions (i.e. how would you respond if your colleague was being rude to you?).

I was interviewed twice (one video and one in-person) for the mental health social work graduate program. Overall, the experience was really positive, as the interviewers were really good listeners who gave me a lot of verbal and non-verbal encouragement throughout the interviews. They even prepared a glass of water for every interviewee prior to our arrival. Both interviews lasted for around 30 minutes.
