It's quite unnecessary thing, they just talk more about numbers and want to listen what all you can do for them. Fake promises I think their founders loves the most.

Got interviewed by one person and then he sat with me for an hour just staring at the screen while I was made to do very basic tasks that anyone would assume a product designer already knows. Couldn't really figure out if he was evaluating me or zoned out.
