The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at StackAdapt in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview felt extremely rushed and I didn't feel that I was given a proper chance to present my skills. The first question was to introduce myself, which I took about a minute to respond, and that seemed too long for the recruiter.
Additionally, what was presented as an introduction call actually had a lot of technical and situational questions where you aren't given enough time to answer properly. I tried explaining my design process (as per the question, took about 2/3 minutes) and the recruiter passive-aggressively said she no longer had enough time to ask all her questions and that she'd have to now be picky. Who says that? If you don't want to talk to me, don't waste my time.
Given other reviews (both from interviews and people who held jobs) I'd stay 10 feet away from this place.
