I have been approached by the company on LinkedIn for this position. The whole process took about 2 weeks and comprised of 5 interviews (4 video-conference/phone calls and one in person) accompanied of a tech assessment. The people that I spoke to were wonderful. Very friendly, smart, laid back and understanding.

Interview
Contact by People & Culture (Human Resources) was really quick. Ran through some relatively basic screening questions before the business organised a series of formal 1:1s with my future manager and respective other stakeholders from the business.
Business was very clear and transparent throughout the whole experience. Had a clear understanding from the start around renumeration and as well what the next steps would be. People & Culture kept me across when the relevant next stages would be.

Standard questions, tech background, experience as a Solutions Architect, dealing with problem scenarios, successful and unsuccessful integrations, working in a team, etc.
