Telephone first, then in person. They are looking to hire anyone that moves, so relax and enjoy the discussion. They do allow weed which is a plus especially during long times without a phone call.

Interview
Weld test on stainless steel + interview. Short circuit and spray MIG in 1G, TIG in all positions. Approximately an hour welding and 15-20 minutes in an office for the interview portion.
