You will get a call to schedule an interview. You go to the department you are being interviewed for and you will be seated. You will be called when the hiring manager is ready, may be right away or up to 30 minutes. During the interview, you will be asked about your work experience.

Interview
Fairly typical interview process, which involved being interviewed by the supervisors and department head at the hospital. Once they decided to move forward with me, I was then connected to the contract company. I later was transitioned to be a direct-hire employee.

Mostly asked about prior qualifications and experiences (e.g. school background, work experiences in food/customer service roles). Asked about how I managed conflict, to name my strengths and weaknesses, etc.
