All questions were behaviorals (TMAY, tell me a time when...), no technical questions were asked. The overall interview wasn't that bad- just prepare your stories and STAR methods. Make sure to know why you want to work there.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Stanford Health Care (Palo Alto, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
2 phone interviews and then onboarding. first phone interview was with the recruiter and then second interview was with the actual manager I was working with. Onboarding took place in emeryvile even though work was located in Palo Alto

Question 1
Asked about my previous experience and why I would want to work at Stanford
Straightforward interview process, with typical, standard questions. Process might vary by team and / or position. They are interested in getting to know you and your goals both within the position and out of it.
The process was smooth and straightforward. They were responsive and communicated well. There was only one round of interviews and the company culture felt welcoming. I did my interview over zoom.
