Panel interview with 4 candidates, 2 managers, and an assistant manager. It was well balanced questioning with 4 questions of similar themes for each candidate. Candidates were asked to briefly introduce themselves and then provide answers of ideally no more than 60 seconds in length.

I had four people interview me for the unit interviews. All were extremely friendly and caring. I think I let me nerves get the best of me, but they truly were so welcoming. So walk in there with confidence and study interview tips and you will do great.
