Question 1
General questions and contributions to the university
You apply, they decide who to interview, you come give a job talk, and you have one-on-one meetings with faculty and students. It's very standard procedure for academic jobs -- not too different from what you would see at other universities.

Question 1
Many questions about a variety of different topics.
Very standard. They fly you in for a few days to give a job talk and meet with professors and students. There are dinners and events to get to know everyone. They observe you teach a class.
