Panel interview of 3. All have split up questions amongst themselves. Very stern, dry robotic approach. If you ask, did that answer your question, eyes go right down to the paper and they re-read the question. They will not engage to find out anything about you fitting in the culture or Job. This job is under qualified for me, but I was willing to do this job for lower pay to be closer to home. They hire internally, and if your outside trying to get a job think really hard about accepting an interview. There is no intention of considering you. They use you to check off their list that they spoke to someone from the outside to not show nepotism.
