First had a call with a recruiter, whose lack of enthusiasm led me to believe I wouldn't move to the next round. I was surprised to be invited to a video interview with the hiring manager, but she made it very clear in the first couple minutes that she did not find me qualified nor did she review the recruiter's notes. An awkward but standard half hour interview via Zoom that ended unceremoniously with false hopes of being in touch. However, as others have mentioned, this is a company that finds it acceptable to ghost candidates, so I haven't heard anything since. Great way to lose a longtime customer (who would've been a dedicated employee).

Das Gespräch empfand ich als angenehm und fair. Zunächst stellten sich die Gesprächspartner vor. Im Anschluss durfte ich mich vorstellen und meinen Lebenslauf mit eigenen Wörter wiedergeben. Dazu wurden dann Fragen gestellt. Im Gespräch wurde auch teilweise auf Englisch gesprochen.

Looked like they already had someone in mind. Though my profile almost matched to the job description they did not take interview and feedback seriously. When asked for feedback just gave false promises saying they will call back which they never did. Not sure it is my background or something undisclosed put me away for denial. My feeling is my work visa status or may be some hidden agenda did not pushed me thru. Just 30 minutes schedule or abruptly ending the interview support my case.
