Lengthy Application process, however a responsive team. Thorough interview: asked many questions about previous roles asked questions like what my ex boss would say about me. Didn't get the job and they were timely in letting me know

What is my greatest weakness according to me and what my ex boss would say it is
LinkedIn Application. Phone Interview to touch base with recruiter / HR. We set a date for a follow up In Person Interview on site. Interview was with 2 middle level managers; some short questions on personality and fit. They sent an email a few days later with their decision.
3 month process. Several tests, questions, virtual interview, in-person interview, reference checks that last two weeks, no offer with no explanation, I was told the last step was the team needed to make a vote, as if it was American Idol. lots of fluff- a total and utter waste of time.
